Day 3- goat show day

We started out out morning early with the goat show.  The kids did a great job of getting their goats ready.  Cameron bought everyone donuts.   Totes ate the most.
Buttee and Glow were first and second in their class and got to show for grand champion breeding goat.  Mo also got to show for champion breeding goat, and Totes lost her class to her twin sister and was also in the breeding class championship drive.  Despite having 4 goats in the finals we did not win. Which is ok.  We learned some stuff!

Cameron also had Larry in the market goat class.  He placed 3rd in his class.  I thought he looked great!
The kid also participated in showmanship.
Preston was the grand champion junior showman.  We are very proud of the work he put in.
I finally managed to get photos of Preston and Quincy with their poultry posters.
This evening was the welcome picnic for the band and a sneak peak at their upcoming parade performance.  They sounded pretty good.  Hoping they win battle of the bands!
