We had a fun afternoon at the pool today.
The "in" thing to do for the summer is water baseball. My kids have literally spent hours playing this summer.
Since it rained this morning, the big boys were off work. This meant Colin, Cameron and Hayashi had a little diving board trick competition.
Quincy got in a few too!
Harper is officially a swimmer. Complete with deep end swimming. I am very proud of how hard she has worked this summer!
Saige is making good progress with her skills as well. Recently she has gotten very brave and is venturing to places where she can't touch! She is not quite brave enough for the diving board yet!
I had a meeting this evening, so Colin took Hayashi and Preston kayaking.
I think they had fun. Today I noticed some of the shyness and newness melting away for the kids. They seemed to have a really fun day complete with Hayashi teaching the kids origami and all of them rediscovering the wii.
