Nothing says I love 'Merica more than letting your kids play with fire, blowing stuff up, hanging out with cousins, eating senseless amounts of BBQ meat, and knocking back a few adult beverages.
My grandma started this tradition a long time ago. Extended family hanging out together. I miss grandma, but I can't help but think she would be happy that the tradition is alive! It was a truly great day!
