Harper has started being interested in cooking. This weekend, she made dinner. I helped pull it in and out of the oven, but otherwise she did it all! She made lasagna and brownies. It was a delicious dinner!
Quincy did some cleaning of pens and playing with Marvin, who thinks she is his mother! Marvin can fly now! It is amazing!
We tried to relax a little, but between football stuff and trying to catch up around here, labor day was actually a day of labor. Preston had practice early. So much for sleeping in on our day off! He is having a lot of fun, so it seems worth it!
We never did find the shirt. So grandma made a new one. I am sure the old one will show up somewhere weird. Saige was excited to get her shirt picture taken like Harper did!
We did not know that Cameron was playing a game on the JV team today. When we found out, Jim amd I decided to run to Osawatomie and watch. I am glad that we did. Cameron played a lot, and did great! They won by a lot too. It was a good afternoon!
Finally, we have meal worm success! The bearded dragon is so thrilled! It seems like it took a long time to have worms. This is so easy and much cheaper than buying worms every week, we will definitely continue our little meal worm farming adventure!
I sure wish this was a 4 day weekend...I could use another day!
