This was our last weekend of freedom before tournaments start and all sorts of other winter activities go into full blown crazy mode. Quincy had basketball practice and we needed to run some errands. She was a good sport about helping us get all our errands done even though she adds a lot of "interesting times" to our errand running. She was excited about a trip to Tractor Supply, her favorite store on earth! We are now ready for the goats to start kidding, which could begin as soon as later this week.
In addition to getting the goat stuff ready, we also got some cleaning and laundry done and even had a little time for snuggles and giggles.
Preston has a strange love for the space heater. I swear it isn't even cold in our house!
About a year ago, I bought a candy apple kit at the store. Harper decided that thing had been in the cabinet too long! It turned out ok and the kids enjoyed the treat. Harper learned a little about slicing apples.
There were some mighty sad people tonight when they realized the weekend is over!
