Harper Joy turned 4 years old today.
Birthday high was a good way to describe her! She was pretty excited - after all, we have had a lot of birthdays in our house lately - it was finally her turn. She wanted a strawberry shortcake and hot dogs. She got hot dogs but there were no strawberries in the Overbook grocery store - so she got strawberry cake with strawberry frosting instead. She seemed ok with the decision!
This child brings so much joy to our house. She is funny, and super smart. She knows way more than a 4 year old should, and is quick to correct all the wrongs around here! We laugh at her humor, we cringe at her overwhelming bullheadedness, and we delight in her silly, crazy ideas. Her big brothers and sisters find her almost irresistible! She is such a blessing! She is also almost impossible to photograph because she is a wild woman!
