High School Wrestling

The high school wrestling season started with a dual at Eudora.  Colin is wrestling on the varsity squad at 132 pounds.  He pinned his opponent in about 30 seconds.  It was not a very long meet, and Colin's team won by a lot.  It was fun to watch even though the drive up and back was twice as long as the amount of wrestling we saw.

We made up for that on Friday, as Colin was in a super dual in Spring Hill.  His super duper fan club and I watched about 6 1/2 hours of wrestling.  The fans were so good, and had fun playing with some of the other younger siblings.  It was an awesome day of wrestling!  Colin went 3 and 2 and his team did very well.  I didn't get any photos because it was a sunken gym and we had to sit above him on the opposite side in order to be able to see.  It was not good for photography!  I am excited that I got to spend a day watching the boys.  It is fun to see how much they will improve over the season!
