It is amazing to me that this director can take 75 kids who have mostly never played an instrument before, and in one school year, has them reading music, playing an instrument and sounding pretty dang good as a whole band. He is a very gifted man, and we are lucky to have him.
I have to admit that the choir dork that lives inside me takes great pride in my kids loving band!
