The kids were invited to a pool party this evening for their friend's birthday. It happens to be the last day the city pool will be open this summer due to some equipment malfunctions.
The kids had a great time at the party, but are sad about the pool closing! I would say with absolute certainty, we got our money's worth out of our pool pass! I happen to agree with them that the closing of the pool is a sad event. We did about freeze there tonight though, so perhaps it is time! Who would guess you would need a jacket at a pool party in August?
Cameron's Saturday job often finds us with surprise garden products. I love this one! So beautiful!
