4-H club day

Preston played a trumpet solo at 4-H county club days.  He did a great job.  He did sort of struggle through the first song.  I got a kick out of him telling his leader that he "stunk out loud".  It really wasn't that bad!  I was very proud of him for getting up in front of people and trying.

Quincy gave a speech called "Poultry Problems" and she did a great job.  I was proud of her.  She even had good answers to the judge's questions.
We didn't stay for the end results because we had left Jim and the little girls at the Overbrook ball park clean up day.  Hopefully we will have results soon!
After having a little lunch together, the kids played while Jim worked on a project at the ball diamonds.  I can't believe how nice the weather is considering it's still February!
