Happy Halloween!

 

Some adults dress up because they work at a school. 

Some adults work at a school so they have a reason to dress up. 

A couple of weeks back, I ran into the mother of a boy who rides my shuttle bus.  His mom was laughing and said that Zander told her that he knew his sister liked me a lot, but he thinks I’m too strict and mean.  Then he told her he had a dream where I was a demon and told the kids “this is your last ride!” And then drove them all off a cliff. You know me.  I’m a giver. I love making kids dreams come true.  And oh yea I did!!  I am sure Zander will never tell his mom about his dreams again.  

Mallory only had a half a day of school today.  She and her co-teacher looked adorable.  

Amy’s daycare did some trick or treating.  The bear is my cutest nephew, Lawson.  

Jim and I had lunch at the bar and then he helped me hand out candy at my office.  We found Taylor Swoft and Chase from paw patrol.  A lot of really amazing costumes went by and I loved seeing all the kids and their creativity. 

This is one of my high schoolers.  As he was walking g down his driveway, I am thinking “is he a…..pimp?”  He jumped on the bus and  asked me what I thought he was.  I said pimp?   He screamed out yes!  I’m a pimp!   I laughed because that is funny!   I wondered if they would make him change since that might not be school appropriate.  But he came out of school dressed the same way so I guess it’s all good!  

Mallory was Ariel and so was Saige!  She went trick or treating with her friend. 

Harper has to dress up for band.  She took over wearing my costume.  It worked out good, the horns were starting to bother my head. 

Since we had to go to the football game to watch Harper and Clayton in the band, we met up with the girls at Mallory’s house. And then watched some band kids play and some football boys win!

It was a a great day!
