I told you I like pictures! Preston had a track meet last night at Burlington. I drove the bus and so I had plenty of time to pass! I passed it taking pictures!
Preston did pole vault, high jump, 800 meter run and 4x400 meter relay. He did not have a good night jumping! He blamed the wind! He did have a good night running. He placed 2nd in the 800 and 1st in the relay.
His relay team placed 1st. Apparently they lost to a girls team, but since girls and boys are separate the win was still theirs!
I very much enjoyed spending an afternoon with Preston and his team. Junior high is awkward and a little weird, but the kids kinda crack me up. I foresee good things in their future!
