The five first grade classes had a wiffle ball tournament today to celebrate the last full day of the school year. It seemed like they were having a really good time when the little girls and I went over to watch for a little while.
Quincy had a couple of really nice hits. All the pitching Colin does with her in the back yard certainly showed! Preston was not pleased that the first graders got to have a ball tournament and the second graders did not. After I explained it was not my idea and that life is not always fair, Quincy piped in with a "well as first graders we got all our lessons in, maybe you should have worked harder this year" that did not help!
