Welcome Carlos

Madison and Andrew adopted a chihuahua named Maxine.  A few weeks back she had 2 puppies.  The girls were enamored.  Somehow we managed to both get Daddy to agree, and to beat out all the other applicants for taking him home.   The girls named him Carlos.  He is so sweet.  And tiny!   We had to have a conversation about not sleeping with him, and really watching to make sure he doesn’t fall off of furniture or beds.   I think he will be a great addition to the family!   The girls made him a sweater out of a sock.  He is so small the tiniest kitty collar won’t stay around his neck!   Ollie loves him.    Blitz, well she doesn’t.  

Also today, Quincy was helping me by putting the goat and chicken food in the shed.  She got a little too close. I am thankful that Andrew was able to put it back together.  We will need a new windshield wiper pump but that’s not as bad as we originally thought!  It was hard to get mad.  We had a nice evening of telling stories about messing up vehicles of the past.   I’m just thankful nobody was hurt.
