A Sunday Excursion

Grandma bought some tickets to the Auschwitz exhibit at Union Station in Kansas City.  The exhibit has some really amazing artifacts, extremely interesting testimonials, sickening historical facts, and leaves you with an overwhelming amount of sadness.  Preston and Quincy were really interested in the exhibit, and I was proud of how they walked through and looked over all of it.  We had a pretty good discussion about it on the way home.   

Apparently if you go to Kansas City, you also have to eat bbq food.  Grandma treated everyone to Jack Stack!   You can smell it for miles, and it definitely did not disappoint!   Thank you for a very nice day grandma!
