We survived the first full day of the fair. H-O-T was the name of the game today. Temps above 100 made for some miserable animals (including the 2 legged ones). The cooking, and posters were all judged today. The kids got mostly blue ribbons, with a couple of reds thrown in the mix. It was a good day overall. I know that we were a little bit sweaty, but I will always love the county fair! I know that my kids will not remember being hot, they will only remember all the fun they had! Quincy had enough fun that I had to do a pre-wash cycle on her bath tonight!
