Golden wedding anniversary

My parents 50th wedding anniversary was yesterday (April 15).  Today, we had a little open house for them.  It was a fun day, with all their grandkids and great grandkid, children, and lots of family and friends coming.  I enjoyed visiting with a lot of people.  I think they had fun too!  I know my dad wasn’t too excited about having a party, but 50 years of marriage is a reason to celebrate!   Plus we like having parties.  Evie thought it was Gigi’s birthday!   She was happy to “help” her with “her” gifts!
