One Fine Day

Preston and Quincy's soccer team had their tournament today. Coach Jim lead the blue team to be the champions of the world (or at least the champions of the league in Osage County). Madison took photos, but with Jim's cell phone and they are a little blurred...thanks for trying Madison!
They were pretty tickled with their medals!

While Jim was coaching soccer, I was at Colin's first Jr High Wrestling Tournament in Emporia. Colin had a great day on the mats, and Mallory did a pretty good job of taking photos!
Colin got 3rd place and his team got 4th overall.

I was sad to miss the soccer tournament, but I really do enjoy wrestling! It is fun to watch these boys go out and put everything they have on the mats, and it is fun to watch them grow in the sport and get better year by year.

After having a rather rough week, it was a really great day!

Now its time for bed so we can survive the rest of the weekend!
