This was winter royalty week on the trail. Preston was a king candidate. We were proud to be a part of his ceremony. He wasn’t super excited about it, but managed it all nicely. He had to participate in a skit at a pep rally. Quincy was nice enough to take pictures for me.
Preston wasn’t crowned king, but his friend Brody was. We are happy for Brody- he is a super fantastic kid. Preston has 3 bff’s. One of them - Liv was crowned queen. She is a lovely queen.
With no kids participating in winter sports, we have sort of grown used to being home in our pajamas on Friday evenings! It was fun to catch some basketball.
This week will probably win some award for being 3000 days long. I hope the weekend will be kind to us.
