The makings of a family docudrama

 

Last night was a game of Harper’s team vrs. Saige’s team.  I admit I did give them a bit of a “this is only a game and you are just having fun” lecture.  It worked!   There was no fighting.  Cousin Alex was the umpire. He said he was hoping he had to break up a big brawl and was a little disappointed.   

Saige pitched. She walked Harper. I had fun watching.  I did feel bad about dropping Jim off at home right after his surgery.  I left him with some drinks and a bottle of pain meds.  He said he got a nap in and was feeling pretty good.  

Harper’s team won both games.  I think both girls had fun and it was a nice night at the ballpark!
